Chicken, Cheese, Ancho-Cheese & Spinach, or Steak Enchiladas
Rolled corn tortilla filled with chicken, cheese or steak marinated in fresh tomatoes, green chilies, onions and spices, topped with Salsa de Tomatillos. Ancho-cheese enchiladas are filled with spinach and ancho-cheese, and topped with a chipotle cream sauce.
Homemade Chicken or Beef Tamales
Corn husk stuffed with corn meal and chicken or beef steamed deliciously firm.
Southwestern Skewers
Grilled Chicken or Steak Skewers brushed with a ginger Serrano marinade. Served with an orange chipotle marmalade and mango relish. (Add $2.50 per person)
Carnitas
Braised pork wrapped in a banana leaf, cooked and served with fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, cilantro and tortillas.
Southwestern Taquitos
Yellow corn tortillas filled with chicken, steak or pork, topped with sour cream and guacamole.
Tostada Bar
Corn tortilla shell stuffed with chicken. Topped with lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.
Apache Chicken Breast
Grilled Chicken Breast topped with a light cream sauce of charred cilantro, tomato and onion.
Kiva Grill Fajitas Bar
Steak and Chicken Fajitas with fresh red and green bell peppers, sautéed in Garlic, Onions and Achoite sauce. Accompanied with flour tortillas, Texas beans and Mexican rice, Pico de Gallo and Guacamole. $17.95 per person*
