I want to thank you for the excellent customer service you and your staff provided me on such short notice. I arrived to pick up my order yesterday at 12:10pm, was greeted promptly, and within minutes a very courteous young man brought out the food. He also carried everything to my car and loaded it, reviewing each item ordered, as well as all of the condiments and plates and plastic wear.
In addition, the food was excellent, as always, and my guests were very complimentary of each dish. I hope George knows what a huge asset you are to his business; you are a treasure. From the minute I called in on Saturday afternoon until I left the parking lot with my order, I felt like a valued customer.

Chicken, Cheese, Ancho-Cheese & Spinach, or Steak Enchiladas
Rolled corn tortilla filled with chicken, cheese or steak marinated in fresh tomatoes, green chilies, onions and spices, topped with Salsa de Tomatillos. Ancho-cheese enchiladas are filled with spinach and ancho-cheese, and topped with a chipotle cream sauce.
Grilled Chicken or Steak Skewers brushed with a ginger Serrano marinade. Served with an orange chipolte marmalade and mango relish. ADD $1 more per person for Steak Skewers
Homemade Chicken or Beef Tamales
Corn husk stuffed with corn meal and chicken or beef steamed deliciously firm.

In 1994, Chef George Gallardo built Blue Agave Southwestern Grill Restaurant in the heart of Yorba Linda. To locals, it’s known as a “gem” of a restaurant.
George brought his special talent and own expertise of working for other national restaurant chains and his own love of the Southwest to create this concept. His dishes combine local flavors and favorites found throughout Mexico, South America and the American Southwest.
